- Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Quotations & Pro-Forma Invoices
All quotes and pro-forma invoices remain valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue. Pricing is based on current stock availability and is subject to change.
- Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards Via Payfast: Payment is due prior to shipment.
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer): Payment is due prior to shipment.
- Our coupon generated system
- Deposits and order cancellation
Requests for cancellation of an order, before delivery, must be submitted in writing to info@aroundthebar.co.za. Deposits for specially ordered or manufactured goods are non-refundable. Any order may be cancelled by Around The Bar if the goods ordered become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. Order cancellations are subject to a 20% handling fee, at the discretion of Around The Bar.
- Back Orders
If any goods ordered are delayed, Around The Bar will notify you promptly. Backordered items will be shipped separately from the rest of your order. Please check our website for estimated arrival times. Should backordered items remain undelivered 60 days after the order date, you may cancel the order by providing 7 days written notice to Around The Bar.
- Warranties
Goods are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. Around The Bar will assist in enforcing these warranties on your behalf. Warranty coverage is void if products are not used as instructed, subjected to physical damage, or serviced by unauthorized personnel. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Limitations and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Around The Bar is not liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, consequential or incidental losses, or any nature of loss connected to the supply of goods.
